A petrochemical complex is fundamentally an engineering project.
But a mega industrial development is also a place.
TakViksh approaches master planning from both perspectives—ensuring that the complex is technically coordinated, operationally logical, visually coherent and capable of evolving with future requirements.
TakViksh undertook the integrated master planning of a mega petrochemical complex at Paradip for Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), covering approximately 900 acres of industrial development.
The master plan brought together a diverse range of petrochemical process units, utility systems, offsites, infrastructure, material movement facilities and logistics networks into a coordinated overall development plan.
