Oxygen PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Plant Solution

TakViksh Engineering with its Core Engineering and technology expertise, have developed various Environment, Treatment, PSA Oxygen Plant and Purification process packages over the years.

INTRODUCTION TO PSA TECHNOLOGY

The Modular Packaged PSA & VPSA Oxygen Units are developed based on absolutely “Clean Technology” Concept.

Atmospheric air contains 21% of Oxygen.  Through TakViksh Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, Oxygen is separated  out from the atmospheric air.

Dry compressed air is passed through 3 – Stage Filtration which filters dust particles, oil, moisture etc

Further the dried air is passed through specially made molecular sieves for the adsorption process of Nitrogen and allow mainly Oxygen to pass through Outlet

Two Adsorption Columns work simultaneously under Adsorption and Desorption mode operating automatically

Switching over of cyclic operation is automatically controlled by sequence programmer in local control panel

Entire Plant Operation is PLC based and fully automatic

Outlet quality of Oxygen is continuously measured by online Oxygen Analyser

For Large capacity, Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) is adopted

Purity of Oxygen can be obtained as 92~ 94%
